I've been using tret for months and still get dry skin, especially since I live in a drier climate. I thought i was moisturizing enough but i either wasn't or wasn't using something strong enough. bought this after someone on tiktok used it to help clear up some of the redness from their rosacea. this person had rosacea flareups going on and used this to tone down the redness as their skin. ive used azelaic acid before but i dont like the grainy texture and felt like it smelled oddly mechanical. i tried this and loved that its was very gentle on the skin. you need to commit to it when you go to bed. dont put it on and then sleep all crazy. if you're a side sleeper, put it on 30 mins before you sleep so it has time to seep in. would preffer it if was fragrance free but the scent is only noticeable when you apply. not noticeable otherwise. my skin looks less red and less flaky (dry spots) . it's afforable to me because it lasts so long/
