Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original, unopened packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hi@triplezeroskin.com with your order number. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

All returns are inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of use, damage, or tampering, or that does not otherwise meet the eligibility requirements above. Rejected returns will not be refunded.

Final Sale Items

Orders placed using a final sale discount code, including GLASS30FINALSALE, are final sale. These orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

If you receive a final sale item that arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hi@triplezeroskin.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Final sale promotion codes cannot be combined with any other promotion codes, including free shipping codes or promotions.
