Return Policy
Returns happen!
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, reach out to us at hi@triplezeroskin.com with your order number and we'll go from there.
We apologize that original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, undamaged, and in its original unopened packaging.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it make take 2-4 weeks for your refund to process and post.
